Follower characteristics :
• Maturity
• Dynamic followership
• Ability
• Individual differences influence member’s preferences
for particular leader behavior

Situation characteristics :
• Task structure
• Organization’s culture – Routine and non routine task
• Group characteristics – New organization or many new members
• Location
• Norms
• Leader behaviour should reflect the nature of the tasks

Styles of leadership :
• Participative / Democratic → The democratic leader on the other hand, encourages follower to participate and give ideas. This type of leader allows the others to get involved in the decision making process. The end decision is still made by the leader, but only after respecting and taking into consideration the ideas of the followers.
• Directive → The authoritarian leadership style is when the leader spends most of his time giving out instructions. This type of leader tells their followers what to do, how to do it and when to do it. The authoritarian leader exerts high power over the followers and do not obtain the advice or opinions of others. All decisions are made by him and he does not encourage the followers to participate or offer their opinions.
• Team-oriented
• Laissez-faire ( Free Reign ) → For less critical areas/tasks, leader have other more important priorities, followers are specialists in their field, followers are very capable, experienced and independent.
• Change the situation to fit the leader if you
cannot change the leader to fit the situation

ga terasa uda mau midterm exam.. Damn!
Then, we'll face the final exam.. cepet banget. !
tapi gapapa,malah bagus tuh,aku jdi bisa terbebas dari beban semester antara..
haha..
but, harus tetep semangat. jangan lengah.. naikkan IP.. haha

OSPEK, KOST YANG GA ENAK DAN KECAPEKAN

Ospek lmyn seru.. oh iy, q kuliah d UII.. Jurusan Jogja-Magelang.. huahua
ga dink, Manajemen IP..
Hari pertama PESTA (ospek univ.) q ikutin dgn segenap perasaan..
seru tuch.. nyampe jam 6 pagi,lgsg aj d bentak2..
hohoho.. q nebeng mtor tmn.. q lgsg aj d sruh baris,tp tmn q d sruh dorong mtornya mpe parkiran yg jauh jaraknya..
huhauhauha... maafkan ak y kawand.. tp mga2 aj bermanfaat bwt badan km.. :P

Lanjut, semua rangkaian acara q ikutin dgn serius.. ( ya jlas ga lah..)hahaha...
q dpt wali jama'ah yg asyik.. cwonya seru.. cwenya super manis.. sumpah q aj mpe naksir..

Terjadilah sesuatu yg sdh akan q duga sblmnya akibat dr olh raga drong mtor tp blm mkan n bdan lg ga enak... Penyakit q kumat d saat yg tepat... MUNTAH n BATUK2!! hohoho...
Ternyata ad panitia yg dger euy.. Q lgsg d bwa k ruang ksehatan.. huahuahuahhaha...
dr jam 7 pagi mpe jam 1 siang q tidur dgn nyenyak.. n kata tmn q, q tdur pke ngorok.. hahaha.. maklum kecapekan...
jam 1 bangun bwt mkan siang,hbs itu q tidur lg..
hahaha.. bgn jam 4 sore,bwt liat pensi tmn2 Maba Miba..
hbs itu jam 5an,qt plg.. hahaha..
hari kedua PEKTA,q n tmn2 q spekat bwt ga ikut..hohohoho...
